U.S. History Question of the Day

The 2013-2014 U.S. History
Question of the Day will resume on September 3, 2013.

Each morning list members receive via e-mai a multiple-choice question with the answer and an explanation about an American history topic. Some teachers have used the questions as warmup exercises at the start of class. Others have asked their students to sign up as a review. Many U.S. history students have also joined on their own.
There is no cost to participate.

Here's a sample question.

Archived questions are available for purchase. There are five volumes in sets of 180 questions each which cover all of the topics recommended by the College Board for the Advanced Placement exam. Visit the information page to see how to order the archived question sets.
